Brief Introduction of Summer Internship Program

Citi recruits outstanding postgraduates from top tier universities domestic an
d overseas every year for Citi China Management Associate Program. As an impor
tant strategy of Citi talent development, the program aims to select talents w
ith leadership potential, develop them through trainings and rotations to meet
 Citi’s rapid business growth in China.

The Citi Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to also be consider
ed in the selection process for the Citi China Management Associate Program. T
he Summer Internship Program starts from June through September in 2011, stude
nts at pen-ultimate year for Master Study from target universities will go thr
ough same strict selection process as Management Associate applicants, once se
lected successfully, meaningful tasks in will be assigned for Summer Intern to
 work on full time basis.

At the end of Internship, presentation is compulsory to describe your learning
 and experience in Citi China. The top performer from the program will be sele
cted and invited to participate in final interview process for 2012 Management
 Associate Program.

General Requirements:

1. Due to graduate and successfully pass a Masters Degree in year 2012
2. Less than 2 years full time working experience
3. Strong academic performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies;
 winner of scholarships and prizes for various kinds of competitions preferred
4. Leadership experience in student associations, social organizations or impo
rtant social events
5. Proficient in both Mandarin and English
