Title
Internship  -  Global Transaction Banking

Job Descriptions
Intern’s duties and responsibilities primarily involve:
- Assist Sales / Implementation / Service to prepare and file client document
ation as well as to support daily client enquiries if needed
- Prepare notification letter and send out to clients for the outstanding ite
ms such as BL/ECC/TAX/Establishment Approval/Authorizers ID, etc.
- Receive client identification documents via courier / mail.
- Confirm client master# and log the tracking sheet.
- Scan the documents, file to the designated folder, send the original to BCO
 AOT team.  
- File the AOT team acknowledgement.
- Periodically send reminder to clients with outstanding items; escalate to R
M/Sales where appropriate.  Work with the team leader to ensure the required
documents are collected in time.
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader

Qualification Requirements:
- Good English skill, excellent command of both English and Chinese.
- Team player, able to provide timely and high quality support to the team.
- Can accept routine and supportive work, patient and detail oriented.
- Hard Working; quick learner; responsible.
- At least work 4-5 days a week starting from Jun 15th for 6 months.
