| Job duties: To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to (potential) customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling To explore new business opportunity through cold calls Job requirements: University graduate preferred, basic mind on customer service and tele-sales Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice Fluent spoken English and mandarin, cantonese will be a plus Logical thinking and good presentation Basic PC knowledge Flexibility to turn the day and night shift (Cantonese service might not bear night shift but only for 9.00-21.00) |
